With over a decade of experience in valuations and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Dallas has been an integral part of Breneman since joining the firm in 2019. As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, he has a strong analytical background and deal-making knowledge. Prior to his tenure at Breneman, he specialized in business valuations related to litigation disputes, valuing investor portfolio companies, and fixed asset management projects.
In recent years, Dallas has played a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the transaction team and driving the firm’s continued success. In January 2025, Dallas was promoted to Director with Breneman Advisors.
