Hayden Maubach is an Associate at Breneman Advisors, where he advises business owners through one of the most important decisions of their lives: buying, selling, or building long-term value in their companies. He works alongside clients through every phase of a transaction, from preparing a business for market through diligence, negotiation, and close.

Hayden's career began at Breneman Advisors as an intern, where he supported the firm's advisory and transaction work while completing his degree. He joined the firm full-time as a Financial Analyst in 2023, was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst in 2024, and became an Associate in 2026. He has worked on transactions across a range of industries, including precision manufacturing, HVAC, building products, specialty home building, consumer products, and software.

He graduated cum laude from Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration and Management, where he also played collegiate soccer. Before joining Breneman full-time, he gained early experience through internships in public accounting and mergers and acquisitions.
