Brad is a Vice President at Breneman Advisors, where he combines financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation strategy to help business owners buy, sell, and build long-term value in their companies. He works closely with clients from initial engagement and through the process, managing due diligence, coordinating counterparty outreach, and keeping transactions moving toward a successful outcome.

Brad joined Breneman Advisors in 2022 after a decade in retail finance with a registered investment advisor and JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he developed deep expertise in client advisory and financial analysis. That background, paired with an entrepreneurial perspective, allows him to appreciate the nuance in every business he works with and to guide clients through what are often the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

He holds an M.S. in Finance from Walsh College and a B.A. in Economics and Management from Albion College. Brad lives in Northwest Michigan, where he works closely with business owners across the region.
